Breakfast is a la carte or served “chef to guest” our innovative interactive cooking stations where guest choose from the freshest ingredients and breakfast is prepared right in front of them in our open kitchen. Lunch and dinner are a la carte.
GLOBE was created to be a cool haven to indulge your senses in earthly pleasures. All menu items are a carefully selected mix of local and global ingredients, presented with artistic flair in an environment designed to complement each meal.
Décor: First attraction is the spectacular open kitchen, with granite pillars covered with cold running water to assure freshness as well as herbal arrangements to give an additional scent. An endless wine display is one of the other eye-catching decorative items in the entrance. A wide variety of the finest china and glassware are part of the total décor.

Daily vintage wine tastings are offered in a set of wines to allow your palate to pick your favourite and combine with some Maya fusion delights in a refined quiet haven. Exquisite after dinner drinks like our “tequila sours” or single malt whiskies are also offered.
