Isla Mujeres for the past 5 years, have been building new condo developments with ocean views especially north of the island in the North Beach area.
There is also land for sale in the East Coast and a few others on the opposite side of the island
Prices vary between $ 100,000 to $ 300,000 U.S. dollars per condo, depending on size and any area.
Foreigners can buy property in Mexico and there is a legal way to do so either through a bank trust or creating a company that is the owner of the property.
