MANAGEMENT OF HOME:
Property Manager lives across the street. Her name is Mercedes de Leon. She lives and works in a small store across the street from our home. The store is open long hours and is called Carlos Omar. It is located on Calle Orion just east of Avenue Tulum (see map). She has the key and manages the
property for us. She is Mexican and speaks very little english but her children speak english and they are always on premises.
TERMS OF RENTING:
- All reservations handled via email at casatulum@hotmail.com, two week notice required
- Daily Rate for Entire House: 120$ US (one day is 24 hours for our purposes)
- Two Upstairs Suites: 40$ US for each, per night
Downstairs Only: 65$ US per night - Walk-ins available on a first come first serve basis - see Mercedes de Leon, the house manager who lives and works at the small store called Carlos Omar across the street from the home
- Check out time is noon on the last day of stay
